Proceedings have been issued against the executor of a will for fraud in arranging to procure the preparation and execution of a will dealing with an account in the Isle of Man.
The will in question left the proceeds of the account to the executor who then failed to disclose the existance of the account toHMRC and to the other beneficiaries in the estate. In addition the matter has been referred to PSNI by way of a criminal complaint for fraud and perjury by the Executor.
